Important Points of Interest:
- No more nap bags! We will spend some time every afternoon doing quiet activities. Students no longer need to bring nap bags to school.
- Field trip to TOWNE PARK info! To help us celebrate Earth Day, we will be going on a field trip to enjoy God’s creation at a “nature explore classroom”. We will be going with Mrs. Reed's class too! It should be a fun trip to Towne Park! We do need drivers for this one. This field trip will take place on Wednesday, April 24th. We will leave around 9:15 and should be back 2:00. The children should bring a sack lunch, which we will eat at the park before returning back to school. Please remember no peanut butter in this lunch. Be looking for a permission slip in your child’s Friday folder this week.
- We will have Hat Day on March 29th. Students can wear their favorite hat to school!
Looking ahead:
- Early Dismissal on Wednesday, April 10th. We will dismiss at noon.
- Zion's auction will take place on Friday, April 12th. Our class has created a piece of art that will be up for auction. I have heard many people talking about how excited they are to get the chance to bid on the class project.
- We will not have school Friday, April 19th (Good Friday) - Monday, April 22nd to celebrate Easter.
