What: There will be crafts, games, activities, and treats all centered around the nativity to kick off the Advent season! Bring your family and create a cool wooden nativity together. This is a free, open-house style event. Come for a few minutes or the whole hour! We hope to see you there!

Looking ahead:
  • The week we return from Thanksgiving break we will be focusing on how animals prepare for the winter. Our class would enjoy items listed on this google doc. Please check it out and sign up if you would like to help purchase any of these items. We are also in need of supplies for our art area. Any Christmas type of supplies (which includes recycled items as well: can lids-if the edges are not sharp, toilet paper tubes, etc.) would be appreciated.

  • Mark your calendars for Friday, December 21st because Kindergarten students will help the 8th graders with their Christmas service. This will be done for the entire school and parents/families are welcome to join us. It will take place in the church sanctuary and it will start right away around 8:10ish. That is also the day of our Christmas party and it is an early dismissal day(noon).
