A reminder that there is no school on Monday, February 17th!
Our class will participate in the Kids Heart Challenge on Wednesday, February 19 from 8:40-9:10. This will be a dress down day, so students may wear athletic clothing on Wednesday.
Please see the note below from Mrs. Steinbacher:
We are on pace to once again raise a lot of money for the
American Heart Association. So far we have gathered over $5,000.00 in
donations. Most of these donations have
been done online. Zion will receive an extra $500.00
from US Games for PE and Recess equipment if 50% of our Kindergarten through
8th Grade students register online for the
Kids Heart Challenge. Being registered online also helps with managing
the Thank-you gifts. Please consider registering your child online. See #3
below for our direct link.

Half-day students are invited to stay all day on 3/5/20 because Grandparents/Special Friends Day starts at 1:15.
*Please note that preschool will host their special friends in the morning on the 5th and 1st-8th grade will host their special friends on Friday, March 6th.

Near the end of the 4th quarter, kindergarten students should know their address. We will be doing a few activities over the next few weeks that will help reinforce the information at school, but the majority of this individualized memorization will need to be done at home.
