Room 125: Camping Day!

Camping day was packed full of fun! I slept like a rock last night and I would guess all of my little campers were exhausted as well! I posted a snapshot of our day on Instagram but the bottom of this post will have all of the pictures I took from camping day, however; campfire songs will only be posted on Instagram.

Things coming home in Red Friday Folder:

You might have received a notice from the nurse in your child's red folder. If you have a white note from the school nurse in your child's folder, we may need a copy of your child's physical form or a shot record. Please let me or the school office know if you have any questions.

Points of interest:

The Scholastic book order was placed! If you ordered books, I will put them in your child's backpack once they arrive.
We will have a tornado drill on Wednesday, September 4th.
Zion Library is finally open! We will visit the library on Friday. Library books will be sent home in their backpacks. We will visit the library every Friday. There is a rolling bin by the cubbies for book returns throughout the week.
The Bobcat Shuffle is on September 7th! I will be out of town but I'd love to see pictures!
Wednesday, September 18th is a half-day and everyone (even half-day students) will be dismissed at 12:00. Please let me know if your child will need aftercare on that early release day.
Dad's Day is coming up on Friday, September 20th! Dad's day will start at 12:45. More information will be provided in the coming weeks.
